Meal Planning on Sunday! I always check for items I didn't make last week and keep those on the list for this week.

4) Baked Chicken, Wild Rice, and Frozen Veggies
Meal Prep for the week will be limited to making the smoothies and roasting the chickpeas.

1) Green Smoothie: Yogurt, Kale, Strawberry, Banana, Water (Ginger is getting a bit old so I'm going to mix it up a little bit this week.) Next week I'm going to try out this recipe for a mojito style green smoothie.
2) Bread Rolls
Lunch
1) Left Overs and Soup
2) Cottage Cheese
3) Baked Parmesan and Herb Chick Peas (really yummy, definitely doing this again)
Dinner
1) Baked Chicken, Root Vegetables, and Salad
2) Eggs and Turkey Bacon with Steamed Veggies
3) Pork Chops and Potatoes in the crock pot
4) Baked Chicken, Wild Rice, and Frozen Veggies
5) Bratts and Cole Slaw
