Meal Plan - March 21 - Green Smoothies and

Meal Planning for this week! The grocery bill was pretty large $125. Not my best week but I haven't been to the store in a few weeks because we've been eating out of the pantry and on trips. As a result, I had several staple items to stock up on.




Breakfast 

1) Green Smoothie: Yogurt, Spinach, Ginger, Applesauce, Banana, Water

2) Hard Boiled Eggs

Lunch - Fast, Satisfying, includes Vegetables and Fruits

1) Wrap - Rotisserie Chicken, Grilled Peppers, Cucumbers, Carrots, Ranch, Parsley, Cream Cheese

2) Yogurt and Berries

3) Baked Parmesan and Herb Chick Peas 

Dinner

1) Meat Loaf with Steamed Veggies and Salad

2) Baked Chicken and Root Vegetables

3) Spaghetti Squash and Meatballs in Cream Sauce 

5) Eggs and Turkey Bacon with Steamed Veggies

Meal Prep for the week took just over an hour to get through Green Smoothies, Wraps, and Chick Pea prep. I used the left over bits of rotisserie chicken for dinner tonight which worked out nicely.
